If you should experience an emergency after regular office hours, dial (304) 822-5118, select option 9, and your call will be forwarded to the Public Works employee on call. Please use this service only for genuine emergencies. Questions about utility bills or other non-emergency issues will be handled during regular office hours.
Utility payments are due on the 20th of each month. If the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday, payments are due on the next business day. For your convenience, we have a drop-box and a drive-up window. Customers may also pay their utility bills at either the Bank of Romney, or FNB Bank.
